Drawing Using Crayons


Sa Tinun-an ( To the Student)

In this lesson, you will learn that objects around you cam be used for drawing. This module will be of great help to make a create your own design.


Kat-oni Kini (Learn This)

This module aims to:

1. Learn to use crayons as a drawing tool

2. Give value to your family.

3. Draw yourself and your whole family using the crayon.


Pasiuna (Itroduction)

Most of us have a liking to draw. But, do we know what elements make a drawing beautiful? Drawing has many elements such as line, shape, color and texture. There are also tools we use to draw/ illustrate.

Now we know that not only pencils can be used for drawing. There are things that we can find around us which can be used to draw.



Sulayi Kini (Let's Try This)

Instructions: Look at the pictures below. Circle the things we use to draw with and box the things we can use to draw on.





Pagtuki (Analysis)

Guiding question:

1. Have you used the things that you chose (from the recent activity) to draw with? Place a check on the box of your answer.



Tun-i Kini ( Study This)

Drawing Using Crayons

We usually use a pencil to make a design. Now, we know that not only pencils can be used for drawing, we can also use color/crayons.

Like a pencil, you grasp the crayon and draw whatever you like. You can use different colors to show your creativity as pictured below.



Buhata kini (Do this)

Instructions: Using crayons, draw your whole family. Use different colors.




Hinumdumi Kini (Remember This)

1. We can use crayons to draw.



Pagsukod sa Nakat-onan (Testing What You Have Learned)

Instructions: Read the semtences correctly. Write a check (✔) if it is correct and X if not.

1. Color is one element of drawing.

2. Pencil and paper are the only things we can use to draw.

3. We need to use expensive tools to make a drawing beautiful.

4. In the past, people could write on leaves.

5. You can use charcoal to draw.
