Grade 1 Math Module 9 Week 9, First Quarter SY 2020-21 Mga Sensilyong Pilipinhon ug Kwarta de Papel Competency:  Recognizes and compares coins and bills up to 100 Php and their notations. This lesson will teach you how to recognize and identify the correct amount of each coin and paper bill of the Philippine Peso and comparing their quantities using the symbols >,<, and =. In writing the amount of the coins and bills, you need to add the symbols for centavos and peso.

Mga Dapat Buluhaton (Things To Do) This teaching will give you a lesson on identifying, reading and writing of ordinal numbers 1st, 2nd, 3rd up to 10th. An ordinal number or a number showing a position, order, or rank in a series shows the position or location of an item in a series or group. When you write an ordinal number, you need to add 2 letters like st, nd, rd, and th to the end of the number.

Mga Dapat Buluhaton (Things to Do) This lesson will give you a teaching about reading and writing the symbols and words of numbers up to 100. Numbers appear by either their symbols or names. Hibaloi Kini (Know This) Read the numbers below. Para Mahimong Maayo (To Be Good) A.  Write SAKTO if the symbol and name of eacg pair is a correct match. Write SAYOP if not. B. Connect (match) the name of the number to the correct symbol. Para Mahanas (For Practice) Directions: Write the name or symbol of the number.

Mga Dapat Buhaton (Things to Do) This lesson will give you a lesson on comparing the set using the words "more than", "less than" and " as many as" and arranging groups from the greatest to the least or from the least to the greatest. Hibaloi Kini (Know This) Comparing a Set using the words "MORE THAN" This is Boboy and Ana. Ana has 6 roses. Boboy has 8 roses. If we compare the 2 sets we will say, the number in the first set is " more than " the number in the second set. In comparing, we use the words "MORE THAN" . Example: The roses of Boboy is MORE THAN the roses of Ana. Comparing a Set using the words "LESS THAN" This is Elicia and Boboy. They are playing woth marbled. Elicia has 10 marbles. Competency: Regroups sets of ones into sets of tens and sets of tens into hundreds using objects Things to do: This lesson will give you a lesson about grouping one to ten and gathering ten to one hundred of the given items in the set (wigo). Know This: Look at the items inside the set. Count ten and box it to form a group of ten. How many avocadoes are inside a box? How many avocadoes are inside the circles? How many boxes/seta of ten did you make? How many circles of one's did you make? Place your answers on the blanks. We were able to make 4 boxes of tens and 5 circles of ones. Now take a look the picture of balls. There are 100 balls. Let us box the group of tens. In short, a hundred has 10 groups of tens and no one. To Understand Better Look and count the pictures in the set. Box the groups of tens and circle the ones.
