Proper Nutrition To The Student Good day! How are you? Are you ready for our lesson for today? This Health module is on Proper Nutrition. I hope you will be happy and active in the activities  and tasks of this lesson Learn This! This is what you will learn in this module: 1. Identifying foods that are HEALTHFUL and LESS HEALTHFUL. 2. Naming healthful foods. 3. Describing healthful foods. Introduction The foods we eat can be HEALTHFUL or LESS HEALTHFUL. Growing children really need a nutritious diet to grow fast and keep healthy. Many children today are easily attracted to food that is beautifully colored and seen on television but, these foods are often too sweet or too salty. HEALTHFUL foods are mostly from vegetables and fruits but they can also be obtained from fish, meat, and eggs. These are foods that are high in protein that the body also needs. Lines and Shapes Wherever To the Student Good morning! Now, you will learn Module 2. It will guide you in understanding the teaching about lines and shapes you will find. Are you ready to discover our lesson? Get ready because we are about to start. Learn This I hope you will learn the following: 1. Identify the lines and shapes found in a drawing, image or picture. 2. Name the lines and shapes that are in the drawing or picture. 3. Describe the beauty of the surroundings because of the shapes and lines it has. Introduction Lesson 1: Lines and Shapes Everywhere Instructions:  Please have a guide or parent read the text if the child does not have sufficient reading skills. Take a look at the picture. What do you find/see on a wheel of a bicycle, a leaf and gate? Does any of what you see with each of them match? Some of the things in the picture are man-made while 1 belongs to nature.
