Telling my Own Life Story

Magkat-on Kita ( We Will Learn)

In this module you will learn different ways to identify yourself and prove that everyone is different. You will also understand the concept of the changes that will take place in your life from birth to yout current age. You can compare your own life events (story) to your siblings. And value yourself as a child with unique abilities that you can do and achieve your dreams in life.

This module has 3 themes:

• People, our environment and our community.

• Time, changes that occur in a child or person and

• Culture and identity.

After this lesson, you are expected:

1. Understand different concepts of self or body transformation.

2. Compare your own story (life events) to your fellow students and,

3. Give importance to these changes and to be proud of one's self.

Sulayan Nato (Let's Try This)

Arrange the pictures of the life cycle of a frog. Write 1 for the first event and 5 for  the last event. Write the numbers in the box.





Magtuon Kita (Let's Study)

Try looking at the timeline of Ana and Tata's lives. Find out what changes happened to Ana and Tata as they grew up. See if the transformations that happened to them are the similar (same).

What changes did you see as Ana and Tata grew up? Did you have the same experience as you grew up? Compare your experiences from birth to current age to your siblings; ask if you have had the same experience.

The two timelines depict a girl and a boy. It shows that each of us has a process of growth. From our birth to the times we learn how to walk, to eat and talk.

Each one of us is different in appearance, body size and skin color. Each of us has unique and special abilities; something we can use as we grow up.
