Even though food is important, we still have to choose what kind of food we eat. There are foods that can also harm our body. We should choose healthy/nutritious foods such as milk, vegetables, and fruits.
Now, let us begin. Try to finish all the tasks. You can do this.

I know you already have an understanding of our topic but, I want you to think carefully about the following points.
Pagkaon (food)- is something we eat that gives us energy and strength. It is also one thing that helps us grow. Without it, we would starve to death which is why it is very important.Although food can benefit us, it can also do harm to our bodies.
Makapahimsog nga pagkaon (healthy food/ masustansyang pagkain)- this is the kind of food that is very much needed by our body. This is the kind of food that we should eat regularly because it gives us the right nutrition to help our body so that we can be strong, energetic, and healthy and it also helps us grow and not fall ill. Some of these foods are milk, vegetables, and fruits.
Dili kaayo makapahimsog nga pagkaon (less healthy food)- these foods are called this because although we may eat these foods, it is not good to eat them often because it can cause illness or adverse effects on our body. These are usually the foods that are too sweet, too salty, and too oily. Other less healthy foods may have chemicals or preservatives which slows down spoilage. Some examples of these foods are cake, ice cream, hotdog, instant noodles and many more.
Now is the time for you to answer the following activity.
Good luck!
