In Module 6, you will understand the importance of achieving aspirations. You will learn the things that need to be alone to achieve the dreams for life. There are persons that you can inspiration or who can inspire you to reach your dreams.
This module has 3 themes:
1. People, our environment and our community.
2. Time, changes that occur in a child or a person.
3. Culture and identity.
After this lesson, you are expected:
1. To be able to say what you can do by yourself,
2. Be able to express your ambitions/aspirations/dreams/desires through creative means.
3. Give importance to those things that will help you reach your dreams and be proud of yourself and
4. Understand the word ambition/dream/aspiration.

Ang Akong Pangandoy (My Dream)
My dream if I can achieve it, even with a little hope, is for me to achieve.
Falling stars, that are nice to look at, please hear the request of a little kid who is dreaming.
With a wishful smile on my wishful face, when the right time comes, I will reach my dreams.
Even as a child, being a doctor is something I long for.
Helping people is a dream I strive for so I go to school so I can reach my dream.
What is the poem about? How about you- do you have a dream/ambition/aspiration/wish?
Aspirations are things you want to do, achieve and fulfill.
Do you know Coco Martin? Who is a good actor? Lea Salonga, who is an award-winning singer? How about Manny Pacquiao who always wins in boxing? Like you, they also dreamt as a child. With their efforts, they were able to reach their dreams. They went to school and practiced/trained properly in order to reach their dreams.
Because you understand our lesson, here are some questions for you to answer. Color the hearts RED if correct, BLUE if not.
1. Aspirations are things that you want to do, achieve, and fulfill.
2. Not going to school is a good way to achieve your dreams.
3. There are things that you can do at your current age.
4. A person is happy if he doesn't reach his dreams.
